I am an international Neuro-Linguistic Programming trainer (certified by its co-creators John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Caroll), Mindfulness Trainer and Transformational Coach who specialises in maintaining optimum mental, emotional and physical states for achieving outstanding performances and sustaining a high quality of life.

I love diversity, therefore my work consists of delivering a wide range of services - from NLP trainings to specially tailored trainings and seminars for companies, Mindfulness and NLP retreats as well as delivering uniquely designed workshops for individuals

My legal background and my wide range of experience, in both the corporate and public sectors, enabled me to understand the needs of various profile clients and influenced my ability to tailor very special and unique programs to fill the void between where the clients are and where they want to be.

My training and coaching style is very dynamic, interactive and of high quality. It is always tailored to the learning needs and expectations of the audience and consists of a wide range of knowledge, extending from NLP, Mindfulness, psychology, spirituality, holistic nutrition, integral yoga, sports psychology as well as top management and leadership performance.

I consider myself as a very flexible, creative and open minded person who strives to work to my best abilities to help people achieve their personal and professional goals and to live their lives to the fullest.

I maintain high standards in my personal and professional life and therefore honour three leading values: integrity, congruence, and authenticity.

Please feel free to get in touch with me if you are interested in my work.

I am looking forward to hearing from you!
